Yaara Baratz is an artist and visual designer working at the intersection of content and form- searching for the precise way to translate an idea into language, medium, and concept.
Her background in theater shaped a sensitivity to storytelling and relevance; her background in classical painting shaped an understanding of composition, color, and handwork. Her practice lives in the meeting point between the two.
She works across disciplines and values collaboration, treating art as a language that moves between mediums. Her interests include world-building, visual identity, and language development, as well as video and animation.
